Who is Marianne Padilla?

Marianne was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and lived most of her life in Los Angeles California. She has had several careers over the years ranging from computer programmer to sales of visual aids to help the legally blind to read and write. She comes from a business background as she owned her own printing company for 10 years before moving to beautiful Brookings OR.

She has ALWAYS found real estate exciting and is an experienced investor herself. She has worked with investment groups, development and developers, builders, vacant land and acreage, and done exchanges. (1031 IRC exchanges).

Marianne felt a calling to reach out to children in need. She became a foster parent and fostered 5 children, adopting 2 of them. Marianne is a single Mom and considers her children her richest blessing.

Travelling is Her Passion

Marianne has traveled to many wonderful places around the world including England, Ireland, Scotland, Italy, France, Spain, Mexico,Jamaica, Egypt, Isreal, Jordon, Africa. Traveling is her passion. She enjoys art, food, wines,and especially the people of other cultures. Her ultimate goal is to spend her retirement in Africa feeding the starving and building orphanges.

Brookings-Harbor is her very favorite place in all the earth to be with it's mild climate, beautiful flowers and birds, the pristine beaches apprecaiting especially the interplay between the coast, forest and lily fields/pasture lands. She really likes the small town friendliness of Brookings/Harbor, the sense of community, no traffic, safety, fresh air and blue skies. No sales tax is wonderful. To register your car here, no matter what kind of car you drive, is $86 for two years. That means Lamburgini's pay the same as V.W. Bugs! Now you can feel free to get that Lamburgini :)

Devoted to Real Estate

She has been devoted to real estate for 11 years and has earned many educational designations. She is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute(G.R.I.) taught by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and has a designation from the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). She is licensed in both the States of Oregon and California. She is a Principal Broker in Oregon which is the highest level one can achieve in terms of education..

She has always valued her clients and wants what is the absolute best for the client. Many letters of reference are available upon request and you are encouraged to speak directly with some of her clients to learn of their experiences in dealing with her. She cares about you and it shows. Marianne is a Christian and answers to a higher power :) You can trust her, you can count on her.
